Important — No Refund Policy All fees paid through the Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy portal — including course fees, registration fees, and any other charges — are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred under any circumstance. Please review your enrolment details carefully before completing any payment.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or a minor accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Section 02

Registration & Account

To access the student portal, course content, and fee payment system, you must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Accurate Information: Providing correct personal and academic details during registration
Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Account Activity: All activities that occur under your account
Unauthorised Access: Immediately notifying the Academy of any unauthorised use of your account

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

Section 03

Course Enrolment & Fee Payment

All course enrolments and fee payments made through Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy are subject to the following conditions:

Fees must be paid by the due date specified in your enrolment or academic schedule
Payments are accepted only through authorised payment gateways integrated on the platform
It is your responsibility to verify all enrolment and payment details before submitting
A digital receipt will be generated upon successful payment — please retain this for your records
The Academy is not liable for failed or delayed transactions caused by third-party payment gateway issues

Before Completing Any Payment Please verify your enrolment number, course name, academic year, and fee amount carefully. Errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the student are the sole responsibility of the student or their parent/guardian.

Section 04

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy are final and non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:

Course and tuition fees
Registration and admission fees
Examination and assessment fees
Digital course or content access charges
Any processing or convenience charges

No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation of enrolment by the student
Absence from classes, sessions, or examinations
Change of course, institution, or personal preference after payment
Technical difficulties experienced on the student's device or network
Disciplinary action or account suspension resulting from student conduct
Non-completion of a course for any reason

Duplicate Payment Exception In the rare case of a verified duplicate charge caused solely by a technical error on our payment system, the Academy will investigate and, at its sole discretion, may credit the duplicate amount toward future fees. Please contact our administrative office with proof of duplicate deduction within 7 working days.

Section 05

Digital Course Content & Access

Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy provides digital courses and learning materials through its online platform. The following terms apply to all digital content:

Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial educational use by the enrolled student
Sharing, redistributing, screen-recording, or reproducing any course content without permission is strictly prohibited
The Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time
Course access is tied to your enrolment status and may be revoked in the event of a breach
Unauthorised capture or piracy of course material may result in legal action

Section 06

Acceptable Use

By using Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy, you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other student accounts or Academy systems
Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
Impersonate another student, staff member, or Academy representative
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or its servers
Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian laws and regulations

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content on Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy — including text, logos, graphics, course videos, materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy, Shantigram Gurukul, or their licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swaminarayan Gurukul Academy and Shantigram Gurukul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including loss of data, service disruption, or errors caused by third-party payment systems.

The Academy's total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the student in the relevant transaction.

Section 09

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The Academy encourages resolution of any grievances through direct communication with the administrative office in the first instance before pursuing any formal process.
